The Department of Management located in Blake House on the campus of Keene State College is home to 10 full-time faculty, 12 adjunct faculty and approximately 300 majors and 50 minors.  Our program prepares students with the requisite skills to become successful leaders in the global economy of the 21st century. The department believes students should graduate from the program with a strong foundation in the arts and sciences, a well rounded education in management and the skills necessary to be independent thinkers and self directed learners. The department places a strong emphasis on the development of ethical reasoning, critical thinking, research, analytical and quantitative skills, along with communication, interpersonal, and team building skills necessary for success in today’s managerial roles.
