Students majoring in French or Spanish may be eligible for the Frank H. Blackington Jr. Memorial Scholarship. Preference will be given to foreign language majors of junior class standing or higher who have demonstrated proficiency in foreign language studies. The Frank H. Blackington Award is given at graduation to outstanding seniors majoring in French or Spanish, or minoring in German. The amount of the award, typically $250-$500, depends on available funds. Selection is made by Modern Languages faculty.
