Welcome to my web page!

I am currently concluding my fourteenth year at KSC. I specialize in publc speaking and performance speaking. In the Fall, I usually teach some combination of Fundamentals of Public Speaking and Advanced Public Speaking. In the Spring, I offer a Special Topics Course: Performance Speaking, as well as my usual courses.

The past four years I have been a full time Lecturer for the Comm. Department. I really enjoy the collegial atmosphere at KSC; in additon, I believe KSC offers a real sense of community; whether you are student, staff, full time or part time faculty.

In 1968, I was awarded a BA from SUNY at Cortland in Speech, Theatre and English and in 1971, an MA in Liberal Sudies with an emphasis on humanistic education and

English. I am certified to teach TET: a graduate accredited program of continuing education for public school teachers. I am also certified by two National/International certifying organizations as a tennis professional.
