The Plymouth Fire Department is comprised of a Chief, a Deputy Chief, three Captains, one Lieutenant, four full time Firefighters, a Secretary and augmented with 30 Call Firefighters and EMT's.
The Holderness Fire/Rescue Department is a largely volunteer force with one full- time Chief and twenty-nine call members. Among the membership are two Deputy Chiefs, four Captains and seven Emergency Medical Technicians. The membership is trained and equipped to respond to fire and medical emergencies involving motor vehicles, homes, offices and farms, as well as in water and wilderness in any season.
